3. Implementation

This module will commonly be used as part of a larger scale programme, however, can also be stand-alone. You could have already selected a particular benefit you wish to put in place, and want to engage us to deal purely with this implementation.

To ensure efficient implementation, we will produce and agree a detailed project plan which will be designed in conjunction with you and managed by your Towergate Financial Consultant.

The project plan will give details of key deliverables, the roles and responsibilities and the implementation timetable.

How will it benefit your company?

Our robust project management methods mean that any new benefits being implemented are on time and within budget.  The project plan will be managed by Towergate Financial, removing as much of the burden from you as possible.

How will it benefit your employees?

A vital part of the implementation project is ensuring your employees are kepy informed of developments and changes.  An integral part of our implementation process will involve communicating with your employees during this period to ensure they fully understand their benefits package and any changes being made. 

In addition, as part of our ongoing relationship with you, we will continue to communicate with your employees as appropriate. 

In our experience, effective communication will enhance engagement with your workforce whilst increasing your employees’ awareness of the benefits available to them.
