Press Release - Towergate Financial acquires K B Rollitt & Company Limited

Towergate Financial, the financial advisory business of the Towergate Group today announces the acquisition of K B Rollitt & Company Limited, the leading wealth management and financial planning specialists for private client and corporate businesses based in Newark.

Under the terms of the deal, K.B. Rollitt & Company Limited will form part of Towergate Financial’s Eastern region under the leadership of Paul Chafer, Regional Managing Director.  K.B. Rollitt & Company Limited Managing Director Kelvin Rollitt will become Director of Financial Planning working alongside Paul Chafer to grow the business alongside his current management team.
